Preparing healthy and delicious meals for the family is one of mom’s sacred tasks. The task of planning a weekly menu takes a lot of factors into consideration including seasonality of food, diet and taste preference, and budget, among others. All these could be overwhelming to the mom who already has a lot of others things on her plate.
Good Eats for Moms, a Mom School workshop happened last February 11, 2017, 930AM to 12NN, at Dusit Thani Manila.
Good Eats for Moms features passionate mothers who are dedicated to serving good food to their families such as Michelle Aventajado,
of the popular blog Momma ‘N Manila, who shared menu planning and baon tips; the women behind the book, Whole + Natural: Baby Food, who give their ideas on healthy baby food and snacks for tots and kids. We also had a very educational bento-making demonstration by the Bento Mommas. The Bento Mommas – April, Kaye, Mia, Moneigh, and Olive – have been instrumental in making bento-making such a popular endeavour for foodies and mommies alike.
